Reverse Table Top

Reverse Table Top full extension)

Trains posterior chain (glutes, hamstrings, lower back) strength and hip extension, which is what keeps you stacked and powerful in an athletic stance rather than folding forward at the hips when you're absorbing chop or landing off a feature. A weak posterior chain is a common cause of skiers getting pitched forward over their tips on rough terrain.

V Sit Hold

Hold V Sit for Max Time

This is a core anti-flexion and hip flexor endurance test - the ability to keep your torso and legs locked in a strong, compact position under tension. On snow this translates to staying centered and resisting the pull of gravity/momentum trying to fold you forward, especially in the air or landing off drops where a weak core lets your upper body collapse toward your knees.

Single Leg Wall Sit

Single Leg Wall Sit (75 deg) for time

Why it matters: This isolates one leg at a time in a ski-specific knee angle, exposing left/right strength imbalances that a two-leg wall sit can hide. A weaker leg here often shows up on the mountain as a ski that feels less stable and fatigues more easily.
