How scoring works
Every point is automated, no manual judging. Here is exactly how a weekly score adds up.
Completion
100 pts
Earned for each challenge you log. The base of your weekly score.
Video bonus
+30 pts
Added when you attach a video. The footage is usable content, so it's worth more, and it unlocks prize eligibility.
Performance bonus
+10 to +60 pts
On measured challenges, by where your result ranks: 10 for a valid score, 25 for Top 50%, 40 for Top 25%, 60 for Top 10%. Added when the week is finalized.
Consistency bonus
+40 pts
Earned in a week when you completed every exercise in the previous week's challenge. Week 1 has no prior week, so it earns none.
Worked example
You log all 3 challenges in a week, attach video to 2 of them, finish Top 25% on a measured challenge, and you completed all of last week's challenges.
- Completion 3 challenges
- +300
- Video bonus 2 videos
- +60
- Consistency finished last week
- +40
- Performance Top 25%, added at finalize
- +40
Measured vs completion. Completion challenges (just log it) earn completion, video, and consistency points. Measured challenges (reps, time, or score) also earn the performance bonus, ranked against everyone else who logged that exercise.
Live vs final. During the week your score is live and only ever goes up: completion, video, and consistency. Performance bonuses are calculated and the weekly ranking locks when the week closes, so a late entry from someone else can never drop your live score.
Multi-part challenges. Some challenges ask for more than one entry (for example a left and a right side). You log each one, and your score for that challenge is their combined result, then ranked like any other measured challenge.
Overall standingsadd up every week's final score. Rankings can shift as later weeks finalize.
Ties break on challenges completed, then videos, then performance, then whether you finished the previous week.
